Service dept is great. They always have appointments a week out. Other dealers don't show anything for over a month. Work is done professionally and waiting area is neat and comfortable.

This was my second Tacoma through Greentree, and it won't be the last. The staff was always courteous, helpful, and always came across as trying to make sure I was in the right vehicle that suits my needs and financial landscape. The equity manager was especially accommodating, and the financing lead was quick and thorough. And to top it off, the way they handled my lease trade in was far better and beyond my experience when turning in a Ford product, which was far more costly, inefficient, and not as friendly. We were not expecting to buy a car the day we walked into Greentree Toyota(we just wanted to see what used cars they had)My wife saw a GMC Terrain and loved it .We met Jason our salesman. He didn't pressure us at all ,even when we told him we were not ready to buy he spent time and explained everything to us without being pushy or rushing us out the door .After talking about the car ,the price and anything else we wanted to know we decided to purchase the car .Jason walked us through the entire process and answered all our concerns .Jason made the experience of buying a car easy. I ask Toyota to install a new front bumper that I purchased and repair a fender that was damaged. The service and attention to detail was amazing. They kept me posted on timing and parts needed and cost. They cost was less then I thought it would be. Cheaper then a body shop. The attention to detail was excellent. They thought about pieces and suggestions I would not have never thought of.
