I have always had a great experience at Greentree. I love my RAV4.

Greentree Toyota has served our family for years now since we moved to Newtown Connecticut in 96 they are superlative,excellent and wonderful in all areas of their service from sales to repairs, their attention to detail , customer service, punctuality, friendliness, mindfulness is exceptional. I wish I could say the same for other Toyota dealers. I had the experience of buying a car with my dad upstate New York at another Toyota dealers and the experience so far has been abysmal. there is definitely a difference between dealerships and service areas within Toyota and I’m lucky to say Greentree Toyota is the best

Very inconvenient, bad parking, great service though. Their facility is too small for the volume of cars they service. That being said, my next car could still be a Toyota.

All staff are respectful, pleasant and informative. From the young man who greeted me when I pulled into the service area, to the gentleman who took the mileage and sent me on to Kim. The service department found the issue, made the repair and my car was ready on time. This is the service I always receive at Toyota Service Department.
