Service was great. I don’t mind coming here. They’re not pushy with the extra services. Would’ve been nice to have go on a car wash like my last dealership service department. But overall, they’re good.

Greentree Toyota has provided excellent service for my Camry for several years. As a result, my car easily reached 100,000 miles and drove like new. I especially liked the recommendation to install Michelin Defender tires during a buy three get one free sale. The car drove much better with four new tires. They are definitely worth the money. The Service Managers are outstanding in every way. It is definitely worth it to have my car serviced there. Kim was very pleasant and customer focused. The waiting area chairs are uncomfortable. Also a newspaper will help spend the time.

June 28, 2022 - Kimberly was the rep for my 2011 Rav4 90k mile service. She provided a detailed review of: what was going to be done , the cost and the time frame. She also provided a courtesy car for my use. Before the promised completion time, she called and explained the findings of the multipoint inspection. The items that should be done and those that co u ld be delayed along with the cost of each. We decided on the additional repairs and she gave a revised completion time. She kept me informed during the service and the cost was as estimated. I recommend her and Greentree Toyota Service to perform service to my friends and family. Below is my previous engagement with Greentree Followed Justin 's recommendation for repairs. Job was performed quickly and economically. Looks Good!. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Receptionist is always so nice. Ample waiting room, comfortable also. Wait time a little long for tire rotation but I was not sure how many other cars were in front of me.

Great service, but prices are too high.

I brought in my 5 year-old Tacoma with an annoying problem. The service rep was absolutely top-notch, straightforward and professional. The repair was perfectly executed, and very fairly priced. The Greentree Toyota service center is A great resource for any Toyota owner.

His quote did not change, which the Audi dealership does down the road. the service was excellent, and Richard assured me the work was done on time.
